I typically cut orders Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Unless I have a backlog, I will cut orders on the first scheduled cut night following order receipt.

I try to get your order shipped as soon as possible, please allow 1-3 business days for the order to ship.

It is important to confirm your shipping address is correct at checkout. If the order is returned to me, additional shipping charges will apply to get the item shipped again.

At checkout there may be several shipping options available. If you need your order in a hurry, please select Priority shipping.

All vinyl purchased from this store are custom orders and cut to fill the order. Any adjustments you would like to make to the order needs to be communicated while checking out or immediately upon checking out via convo. Once the design is complete, changes may require additional cost. Once the order is cut, changes cannot be made without purchasing another decal.

If you have a very specific custom order that you would like designed, not listed in my store, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to assist you.

No refunds will be offered. If order arrives damaged due to shipping, please let me know within 24 hours. Damage does not include lost, misuse or issues removing backing or applying vinyl (see below). Custom orders do not offer refunds, unless it is as a result of my mistake. By purchasing the product, you agree to all terms in the product listing as well as shop policies.

When placing your order, use the drop down menu to select your size and other product options. It may be necessary to include additional order information in the NOTES TO SELLER at checkout if the personalization fields are not available on a particular product. Information needed to complete the order is in the personalization field or item description. If you have questions, just convo me.

I love custom orders. To request a custom order, contact me through Etsy convo letting me know what you are looking for. I will get back to you with any information I need to get pricing. Upon payment for the order, I will provide a proof of the design so you can make any adjustments before I cut and ship the order. I do require payment prior to designing. I do not charge for creating the design as long as it is a non personalized design I can offer to other customers. There may be a charge for designing personalize designs or adding personalization to an existing design.

PLEASE NOTE: I do not copy other designs, all designs must be my original works. I also do not create licensed images, eg Disney, sports logos, etc.

I do not offer replacements or refunds on decals where decal doesn't release from the backing. I pre-release many decals before shipping. You can find my instructions and additional information at: https://allimake.com/vinyl.

When I assemble multi color decals for orders, I reuse scraps of the same transfer used on shipped products over a hundred times before they are no longer usable. So I promise if you follow the application instructions included with your decal the decal will release from the backing.

Chrome and chrome gold vinyl, please note this vinyl is thicker and a little harder to work with.
You will need to be patient when working with this vinyl.
